Administrative Support Assistant

L’Arche Belfast Village is situated in the Castlereagh Hills and is a multi-functional facility open to individuals with and without a learning disability. We offer a variety of activities such as gardening, cooking, woodwork, arts and crafts.

L’Arche Belfast Village is recruiting for an Administrative Support Assistant providing administrative and technical support to the Day Opportunities Team and Finance Team in the delivery of services, particularly those services funded by the Big Lottery’s Community Fund. The Administrative Support Assistant will be the first point of contact for persons who visit our Day Opportunities site, “The L’Arche Village” and providing occasional support to Day Opportunities participants as and when required.

The role will operate between “The Village” site and our main office site, providing a variety of administrative support to the L’Arche Belfast Day Opportunities and Finance Teams, working at a high level of efficiency and accuracy at all times.

Hours Required: 20 hours per week

Salary: £12.75 per hour/ £ 13,260.00 p.a.

Community Life Coordinator

L’Arche Belfast is recruiting for a Community Life Coordinator to maintain and continue to develop L’Arche Belfast’s volunteer programme and take a lead role in planning community events.
