Team Leader
L’Arche Belfast is recruiting for a new Supported Living House. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Community Support Workers to deliver a high quality person centred service to our Core Members (service users).

The team leaders maintain and/or oversee staff to maintain accurate and up to date records. The team leaders have oversight of our care and support planning procedures for our Core-Members (service users).
The main purpose of this role is to work as a key member of the team in delivering our service to our Core Members whilst ensuring that L’Arche’s vision and values are embedded within the team and to ensure all statutory requirements of the service specification are met in accordance with the organisations commitment to standards.
Hours Required: 40 hrs per week
Salary: £16.50 per hour

Support Workers
L’Arche Belfast is recruiting for a new Supported Living House. Support workers are required by the L’Arche Belfast Community. We provide a service of care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Support Workers are responsible for the provision of both practical and emotional support to our Core Members (clients), and to individuals in receipt of self directed support funding, to enable them to achieve independence as far as possible in all areas of their life, in a safe environment where their rights are protected and respected. The main job purpose is to work as a key member of the team in delivering an excellent support and domestic care service to our Core Members and to ensure all Health and Safety and statutory requirements of the service specifications are met in accordance with the organisation’s commitment to standards.
Hours Required: 40 hrs per week
Salary: £12.25 per hour
